Steps

  1. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Roughly chop a bell pepper (discard seeds) and a handful of spinach.
  3. Line a sheet tray with parchment, pour in the egg mixture, and sprinkle on the peppers and spinach.
  4. Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes until set.
  5. In a bowl, combine ground pork with maple syrup, freshly grated garlic, dried thyme, sage, fennel seeds, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Form into even patties and bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon, hot sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
