  • chicken breasts - as needed, cubed
  • garlic powder - to taste
  • paprika powder - to taste
  • fresh cracked black pepper - to taste
  • cornstarch - 1/2 cup
  • sunflower oil - as needed for frying
  • sweet chili sauce - 200 ml
  • dark soy sauce - a dab
  • garlic, grated - to taste
  • ginger, grated - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash and pat dry the {{chicken breasts:as needed}}, then cut into bite-size cubes.
  2. Season the {{chicken breasts:as needed}} with {{garlic powder:to taste}}, {{paprika powder:to taste}}, and {{fresh cracked black pepper:to taste}}.
  3. Add {{cornstarch:1/2 cup}} to the bowl and toss the {{chicken breasts:as needed}} until every piece is evenly coated.
