Bacon Beef Three-Bean Chili

Steps
- Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add {{bacon:12 oz}} and cook, stirring, until crisp, about 12 minutes. Transfer bacon to a plate and pour off most of the rendered fat, leaving about 1-2 tbsp in the pot; reserve the rest.
